REFLEXOLOGY
|
Such pressure points usually don't hurt when there is no problem with the organ associated with it. For example, if there are stones in the right kidney, the kidney point on the right foot may be extremely tender, while the kidney point on the left (corresponding to the other kidney) may not hurt at all.
One of our staff members at NatureWalk has been carefully trained in bodywork, and we have a great deal of confidence in reflexology, especially for relieving chronic kidney discomfort that often annoys stone-makers. We would never want to reduce business for a reflexologist, but once you have had her/him locate and work those spots on your feet, you can easily learn to do it for yourself, or you can always pay a loving family member to massage your aching feet on a daily or semi-daily basis.
The diagram below is only a general guide to finding the kidney points. Hopefully you can locate them on your own feet with the help of a reflexologist..
