I want to thank you for a wonderful product. I have endured IBS-C for as long as I remember, one of the effects of Sjogren's Syndrome. My husband, Jim, has suffered with constipation for many years. A good friend of ours who was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis told us about I AM REGULAR Formula because she suffered with constipation. She figured that others might also suffer with constipation. Jim takes I AM REGULAR at bedtime and in the morning he is regular. About a year ago, I started having irregular bowel movements. I never realized I was irregular until much later in life when many people I knew didn\'t share my experience. When I finally started to take care of myself, I added looking into constipation on top of my list. I ordered your product not too long ago, but I have to admit, I have seen some incredible results. My stomach is not bloated nor do I feel the strain and headaches caused from the irregular bowel movements. I have to also comment that I follow the instructions to stay off the product at least twice a week for the reasons given and I find that during those 2 days, my body does not respond the same as when I\'m in the 5 day cycle. I have been using 2 pills a day but when I\'m not seeing a quick return to the 5 day cycle I boost it up by taking an additional pill before bedtime. Is there something I should be doing different than what I do now to ensure proper taking of the herb and yet receive the expected results? Overall, this is definitely an improvement to what I was going through before taking your product.

I have suffered from constipation all my life. I have tried a lot of different products over the years and have spent quite a bit on different formulas. I eat lots of foods with high fiber and they just don\'t seem to work. I have been using this formula for several years now.I LOVE this stuff! I have suffered with kidneys stones for several years due to RTA disease. My son got sick and we didn't know what to do. But decided the first plan to begin healing was to clean the colon, for all disease usually begins there. We were given some Ultra Lax to try as a laxative to clean the colon, We tried it and liked it. It wasn't harsh or gripping like some we had tried. What a wonderful product. I have MS and and confined to a wheelchair. I have become rather constipated. I was going to every 4-5 days. That is very unhealthy and physically unpleasant.
